Q. Are you going to mail me a key?
A. No. Please bring your PayPal receipt to the event and we will give you a key there.

Q: What do I need to bring to the event so I can get my locker?
A. Please print out the receipt that you got when you ordered the locker through Paypal. You should have received a confirmation email. Please bring that with you to the event

Q. Where is the Check-In area for the lockers?
A. Signs will be posted at the event to find our table. Also, event staff will be able to point you in the right direction

Q. What happens if I lose my key?
A. If you lose the key, you will forfeit the $20 deposit. You will receive a new key and will need to pay another refundable $20 deposit. Once you return the new key, you will receive the second deposit back

Q. Will I be able to use the locker anytime I want?
A. Our current arrangement with the event allows you to access the lockers as many times as you wish WHILE YOU ARE INSIDE THE EVENT. When the event is over each night, the grounds are closed and you will NOT be able to access the locker until the following day.

Q. How big are the lockers?
A. Please review the "Reserve" page for the dimensions

Q. Can I pay for the lockers at the event?
A. There is a limited supply of locekrs. All lockers will be reserved online and there will not be any available to rent at the event, unless someone cancels at the last minute. Reserve your locker NOW. We guarantee to hold your reservation for the entire event.

Q. If I can't make it to the event, can I get a refund?
A. We will be able to issue a refund up to 24 hours before the event. After that, your fee cannot be refunded. Please call us at (800) 827-1692 to cancel
